"Does pricing include set up and tear down?"
Yes, the price for the rental includes set up/ tear down of the tent.
"How long is the rental valid for?"
Our tent rentals and tent acessories are valid up to one week. All other items are rented per day (tables, chairs, etc).
"How do I secure booking?"
We require a 50% down payment of the total bill. This will set aside your reservation for the event date. Second half of payment can be made day of set up or anytime before event date at your convenience.
"When is it best to set up and tear down?"
We normally set up the day before the event, and tear down the day after to prevent any issues. Although we understand not everyones schedule is the same, We will always do our best to accommodate your schedule.
